Seawall and Dock Contractors in Naples

Seawall and dock contractors in Naples work some of the highest-value and tightest-access waterfront in Florida.

Licensed Permits handled Florida waterfront

We connect homeowners on Naples Bay, the Marco Island canals and the Estero Bay shoreline with licensed marine contractors who work those waters.

The inspection is free and you get a written estimate before anyone touches your property.

City and county run separate marine permits

Work inside the City of Naples needs a city marine permit through the city’s portal. Work in unincorporated Collier County goes through the county’s marine permit, PRMAR. FDEP reviews work in state waters and the Army Corps coordinates where dredging or navigable water is involved.

Which of those apply depends on your address rather than your postal town, and Marco Island, Bonita Springs and Everglades City each run their own process. Getting that wrong is the most common way a Naples project loses a month before it starts.

Access is the constraint, not the wall

Port Royal and Aqualane Shores have mature landscaping, tight setbacks and, in places, no land route for equipment at all, which means barge access and a different cost and schedule from a Marco Island canal lot.

Hurricane Ian caused an estimated $2.2 billion of damage across Collier County in September 2022, and the older concrete panel systems around Naples Bay are repeatedly described locally as where that damage concentrated.

Everglades City and Goodland are a different market again: working fishing waterfront on the edge of the Ten Thousand Islands, with commercial vessels rather than pleasure docks.

What a free inspection includes

A contractor comes to your property, looks at the structure above and below the waterline where needed, and tells you what is actually happening.

You get a written scope and estimate. No obligation, no trip fee.

  • On-site assessment of the structure and surrounding soil
  • Photos and a plain-English explanation of the problem
  • Written estimate with scope and materials
  • Repair versus replacement guidance where both are options
