ISLES OF CAPRI, FLORIDA
Dock Repair Isles of Capri
Dock repair on Isles of Capri follows Collier County’s dock code, which measures protrusion from the most restrictive of the property line, seawall, rip-rap line or mean high water line (LDC Sec. 5.03.06).
We put Isles of Capri owners in touch with licensed marine contractors who repair to it.
Free inspection, a written scope, no obligation.
Limits
Dock and boat protrude no more than 20 feet on waterways 100 feet or wider, and the lesser of 25% or 20 feet on narrower ones. Side setbacks are 15 feet, or 7.5 feet on lots under 60 feet of frontage.

Why it matters
Covers and extensions
Boathouses go to the Hearing Examiner and stay within 15 feet above the top of the seawall, open on all four sides. Lift canopies extend no more than 27 inches past the lift and 12 feet above the walkway. Dock extensions must meet 4 of 5 primary and 4 of 6 secondary criteria.

You get a written scope and estimate. No obligation, no trip fee.

- Written estimate with scope and materials
