Seawall Inspection Port St. Lucie
Seawall inspection in Port St. Lucie can document a problem the city takes seriously: Sec. 101.03 defines damaging wake, including damage to seawalls, and a wave over 12 inches in a no-wake zone is evidence of it.
We put Port St. Lucie owners in touch with licensed marine contractors who inspect walls on the river and the canals.
Free inspection, findings in writing, no obligation.
The canals
The C-23 and C-24 canals are SFWMD structures. The S-49 gates on C-24 handle flood control and help keep salt water out in drought (SFWMD).
Permitting the fix
Repairs need a City of Port St. Lucie permit, filed after the federal, state and regional permits (Sec. 157.24). On the North Fork, work also falls inside a state aquatic preserve.

Why it matters
Slow zones
The North Fork has slow-speed zones at the Port St. Lucie Boulevard and Southbend Boulevard bridges (Sec. 101.04).
What a free inspection includes

You get a written scope and estimate. No obligation, no trip fee.
- On-site assessment of the structure and surrounding soil

- Written estimate with scope and materials
- Repair versus replacement guidance where both are options
