Dock Builders Navarre
Dock builders in Navarre keep decks no higher than 5 feet above mean high water and reach no farther than the lesser of 300 feet or 15% of the open-water span (Santa Rosa County LDC Sec. 5.02.04).
We connect Navarre owners with licensed marine contractors who design to it.
Free consultation and a written scope.
Canal lots
On canals, structures may extend 25% of canal width, with side setbacks of 15 feet or 15% of frontage, whichever is less. Boat shelters are unwalled with roofs no higher than 25 feet above mean high water.
Public access
Docks on Santa Rosa Sound must keep public access. The county code also notes FDEP’s 25 foot riparian setback (Rule 18-21.004(3)(d)).
