ESTERO, FLORIDA
Dock Builders Estero
Dock builders in Estero design to the lesser of 200 feet or 25% of the channel width, with up to 300 feet at the Director’s discretion (Village LDC Sec. 7-402).
We connect Estero owners with licensed marine contractors who design to it.
Free consultation and a written scope.
Boathouses
A boathouse stays within 500 square feet and 20 feet above mean high water. On natural waterbodies, docks keep 25 foot side setbacks and lifts 10 feet.

Why it matters
Depth and permits
Slips need at least 3 feet of water at mean low water. The village permit comes with state and federal permits, and the Director may ask for sealed plans, a riparian survey and an as-built survey (Sec. 7-401).
New docks reaching Estero Bay Aquatic Preserve waters must also fit the state’s preserve standards, including a terminal platform of 160 square feet or less.

You get a written scope and estimate. No obligation, no trip fee.
- On-site assessment of the structure and surrounding soil

- Written estimate with scope and materials
- Repair versus replacement guidance where both are options
